Job summary

Belmond's Jimbaran Puri, a Belmond Hotel in Bali, Indonesia, is seeking a Storekeeper Daily Worker to support the storeroom operations. You will maintain accurate inventory records, handle daily stock movements, and ensure all items are properly documented and controlled.

Primary duties include updating perpetual inventory, conducting regular counts with the Cost Controller, reporting discrepancies, and coordinating with other departments on receiving and issuing schedules.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a storekeeper, warehouse, inventory, or related role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock handling procedures.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and responsibility.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with inventory or stock management systems.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with different departments.
• Physically fit and able to handle daily storekeeping activities.
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Willing to work as a Daily Worker.
• Indonesian citizen only.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate perpetual inventory records and handle the daily issuing of inventories
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts together with the Cost Controller
• Monitor and report any discrepancies between physical inventory and system records to management
• Ensure proper documentation of all merchandise entering or leaving the store, including receiving records, purchase orders, and authorized requisitions
• Coordinate with the Cost Controller and relevant departments on store receiving and issuing schedules
• Maintain an updated list of authorized signatories for store requisition purposes
• Post all store requisitions and transfers into the system on a daily basis
• Maintain proper organization, cleanliness, and security of all storage areas at all times
• Act with Heart by supporting smooth and reliable operations for our colleagues and departments
