Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Receive and stage merchandise by department, mark appropriately for placement, and deliver to the correct department.
• Stack merchandise on pallets or carts and complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies.
• Notify manager or supervisor of low stock levels promptly.
• Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock to maintain freshness.
• Inspect deliveries for freshness, cleanliness, consistency, and quality; refuse damaged or incorrect items.
• Adhere to food safety and handling policies across all food-related areas.
• Organize, clean, and sanitize refrigerators, freezers, floors, food equipment, and drains.
• Remove empty pallets, cardboard, and trash, placing them in proper storage areas.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications.
• Follow company policies and procedures; maintain a clean and professional appearance; protect company assets and confidentiality.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and co-workers.
• Develop positive working relationships and support team goals.
• Comply with quality assurance standards.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, and moving objects up to 50 pounds.
• Navigate narrow, confined, or elevated spaces and uneven or slippery surfaces.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
