Job summary

LYD Bali Group is seeking a detail-oriented F&B Inventory Staff to support daily inventory operations, maintain accurate stock records, and monitor inventory levels in a fast-paced environment.

You will conduct regular stock counts, report discrepancies, and assist in optimizing stock control processes to ensure efficient F&B operations. This role requires good communication in English and Indonesian, a diploma or relevant background, and the ability to work both independently and with the team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant background; hospitality/F&B or related field advantageous.
• 0–1 year in inventory control or F&B operations; fresh graduates welcome.
• Basic stock management concepts and warehouse operations preferred.
• Familiarity with Excel or inventory systems is an advantage.
• Good communication in English and Indonesian; report clearly.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; independent and team-friendly.

Job description

• The F&B Inventory Staff is responsible for supporting daily inventory operations by ensuring accurate stock records and proper monitoring of inventory levels. This role assists in conducting regular stock counts, maintaining real-time inventory data, and identifying slow-moving or critical stock items. The position plays an essential role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting efficient F&B operations.Requirements:
• Diploma or relevant educational background; a degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Supply Chain, or a related field is an advantage
• Minimum 0–1 year of experience in inventory control, storekeeping, warehouse operations, or F&B operations; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic understanding of stock management principles, inventory control procedures, and warehouse operations is preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, basic formulas, reporting) or inventory management systems is an advantage
• Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to report clearly and coordinate with team members and supervisors
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in handling stock, documentation, and data entry
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic operational environment with tight timelines
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
