Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent (Administration, Accounting, Logistics).
• 1 year or more experience in stock keeping, warehouse, or inventory roles.
• Ability to receive, store, and distribute goods following procedures.
• Proficient in Excel or POS/inventory systems and basic administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Job description

Stock Keeper responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing raw materials and restaurant supplies. This position ensures all stock is recorded accurately and in accordance with procedures.

Key responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and record incoming and outgoing goods according to shipping documents (DO, invoices, or delivery notes)

Store meat products and supporting materials in storage areas according to temperature standards and food safety requirements

Conduct daily stock recording and reporting accurately

Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the purchasing department / store supervisor of restocking needs

Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas and ensure products are stored correctly (FIFO/FEFO)

Assist with routine stock opname processes and report stock discrepancies

Coordinate with store and operational teams regarding product distribution to sales areas

Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company food safety and hygiene standards

About you

Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (preferably Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or similar majors)

Minimum 1 year experience as Store Keeper / Warehouse / Inventory Staff, particularly in retail or fresh product industries (meat, frozen food, F&B)

Understanding of receiving, storage, and goods distribution procedures

Able to use computers and Microsoft Office applications (Excel) or POS/inventory systems

Detail-oriented, disciplined, and possess good administrative capabilities

Able to work collaboratively with store operational teams (cashiers, butchers, store crew)

Willing to work shift systems and weekends
