Job summary

Erajaya Group in Jakarta Central focuses on retail leadership. We seek a Store Manager to shape the sales strategy and work plans to achieve targets and maximize store profitability.

You will implement SOPs, monitor daily operations, and coach staff to build leadership succession while ensuring high standards of customer service and operational excellence. Shift work is required to cover store hours and drive performance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in retail industry or related field, preferably have experience as an Store Manager
• Possess good customer service, drive in achieving sales target, strong leadership, & hard worker.
• Have a good interpersonal skill, good in problem solving, & good in communication.
• Willing to work in shift

Responsibilities
