The role requires 2–3 years retail experience with at least 1 year in supervision, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Shifts include weekends and public holidays in a busy electronics retail setting.

Qualifications

• A minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in electronics or consumer goods, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach and motivate team members.
• A proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with electronic products, POS systems, and basic inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
