• Active involvement in organizations during college
• Good communication skills in English
• Willing to be relocated or rotated across stores based on company operational needs
• Willing to work in shifts (mornings, nights, weekends, public holidays)
• Willing to sign an employment contract and stay with the company throughout the MDP program

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on learning and structured development within the Operation team
• Develop leadership capabilities through rotational experiences and project assignments
