• Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and analytical summaries for expansion projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Fresh Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related fields.
• Strong interest in business expansion, market research, and store development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers and data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of financial analysis is a plus.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Curious, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working with different teams and international markets.

Job Role:

• Conduct market, demographic, competitor, and trade area research for potential international markets and store locations.

• Analyze store and market performance data to identify opportunities and trends.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect market, operational, and financial information.
• Support international store development projects, including new store openings, relocations, and network expansion.
• Maintain market research, store development, and project databases.
