Job summary

PT. EATWELL CULINARY INDONESIA is seeking a Store Manager/Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations across multiple East Java outlets, including Ichiban Sushi, Ta Wan and Dapur Solo.

This role focuses on team leadership, cost control, and delivering high service standards. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in F&B Services Management or equivalent, with 2+ years in a store leadership role in F&B, and possesses strong analytics, decision making, and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent is a must.
• Have at least 2 years’ experience as Store Manager / Assistant Manager in F&B industry (restaurant, casual dining, fast food).
• Strong leadership, decision making, interpersonal skill and can work under pressure.
• Customer oriented with hands-on retail or restaurant operations exposure; ability to understand financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Understand and able to lead, supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of team members.
• Execute all operations and services with respect to SOPs and standards.
• Open and close the restaurant and run all aspects of the daily operations in the service division.
• Study and track sales, control cost of goods, labor costs and other restaurant expenses.
• Strive for excellence in maintaining quality standards and drive growth for the brand.
