Job summary

PT. EATWELL CULINARY INDONESIA is seeking a capable Store Manager to lead restaurant operations across East Java. You will supervise teams, open and close outlets, and ensure adherence to SOPs and service standards.

The role emphasizes sales analysis, cost control, and staff development, with opportunities to relocate among brands Ichiban Sushi, Ta Wan, and Dapur Solo as needed, and to contribute to growth of the Eatwell Culinary group.

Responsibilities

• Study and track sales, control COGS, labor costs and other restaurant expenses.
• Strive for excellence in quality standards and drive growth for the business and brand.
