Job summary

Eatwell Culinary in Bengkulu is seeking a Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, supervise a team, and ensure services meet SOPs and brand standards.

You will open and close outlets, monitor sales and costs, coach staff, and strive for excellence while remaining flexible to relocate across Eatwell Culinary brands such as Ichiban Sushi, Ta Wa, and Dapur Solo.

Candidates should be well-groomed, customer oriented, and able to interpret financial reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma in F&B Services Management or equivalent is a must.
• At least 2 years’ experience as team leader/manager in F&B.
• Motivated, self-driven with strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Strong leadership, decision making, interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strategic thinker, target oriented, customer oriented with retail/restaurant exposure; understands financial reports.
• Well-groomed and presentable, willing to relocate across Eatwell Culinary brands.
