PT. EATWELL CULINARY INDONESIA is seeking a Store/Assistance Manager to lead daily restaurant operations across multiple brands in East Java. You will manage teams, monitor SOPs, and drive sales while controlling costs.

The role requires a Diploma in F&B Services Management with at least 2 years in a similar position, strong leadership, and a strategic mindset. Willingness to relocate across Pasuruan, Ponorogo, Kediri, Madiun, Blitar, Tuban, Tulunggagung outlets is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in F&B Services Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years as Store Manager / Assistant Manager in F&B.
• Strong leadership and ability to work under pressure.
• Analytical with ability to understand financial reports.
• Willing to be placed across Eatwell brands and East Java outlets.

Responsibilities

• Understand, lead, supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of team members.
• Execute all operations and services per SOPs and standards.
• Open and close the restaurant and manage daily operations in the service division.

Job description

Understand and able to lead, supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of team members.

Executing all operations and services with respect to organizational SOP's and standards.

Able to open and close the restaurant and run all aspects of the daily operations in the service division.

Responsible for studying and tracking sales, controlling cost of goods, labor costs as well as other restaurant expenses.

Striving for Excellence in achieving and maintaining the standards of quality, as well as being innovative for significant growth of the business and brand.

Job Qualification

Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent is a must.

Have at least 2 years’ experience as Store Manager / Assisstant Manager in F&B industry (restaurant, casual dining, fast food).

Should be highly motivated and self-driven with strong analytical and conceptual thinking.

Strong leadership, decision making, interpersonal skill and can work under pressure.

Strategic thinker and target oriented.

Customer oriented with hands-on retail or restaurant operations exposure; ability to understand financial reports.

Well-groomed and presentable.

Willing to be placed across all brands under Eatwell Culinary (Ichiban Sushi & Ta Wan).

Willing to be placed in all outlet in East Java (Pasuruan, Ponorogo, Kediri, Madiun, Blitar, Tuban, Tulunggagung)

Willing to be relocated to other outlets.
