Job summary

Eatwell Culinary Indonesia, established in 1995, is dedicated to becoming a leader in the Indonesian restaurant industry. With core brands Ichiban Sushi, Ta Wan, and Dapur Solo, we seek a Retail Store Manager to lead and supervise store operations, ensuring top service across all brands.

You will study sales, monitor costs, and drive growth while maintaining quality. A Diploma in F&B Services Management or equivalent is required, with 2 years’ experience as a team leader/manager in F&B and

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Have at least 2 years’ experience as team leader/manager in F&B industry (restaurant, casual dining, fast food).
• Strong leadership, decision making, interpersonal skill and can work under pressure.
• Strategic thinker and target oriented.
• Customer oriented with hands-on retail or restaurant operations exposure; ability to understand financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Understand and able to lead, supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of team members.
• Executing all operations and services with respect to organizational SOP's and standards.
• Able to open and close the restaurant and run all aspects of the daily operations in the service division.
• Responsible for studying and tracking sales, controlling cost of goods sold, labor costs as well as other restaurant expenses.
• Striving for Excellence in achieving and maintaining the standards of quality, as well as being innovative for significant growth of the business and brand.
