Job summary

PT. EATWELL CULINARY INDONESIA is seeking a Store Manager to lead and supervise restaurant operations across East Java brands. You will ensure service quality, manage daily operations, and drive sales while controlling costs and labor.

The role requires a Diploma in F&B Services Management and at least 2 years’ supervisory experience in the F&B sector. Willingness to relocate to various outlets (Ichiban Sushi, Ta Wan, Dapur Solo) across Pasuruan, Ponorogo, Kediri and other East Java outlets is

Qualifications

• Requires Diploma in F&B Services Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Store Manager / Assistant Manager in F&B.
• Strong leadership and ability to work under pressure.
• Willing to be placed across all Eatwell Culinary brands.
• Willing to relocate to outlets in East Java.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, direct and evaluate team performance.
• Execute operations and services per SOPs and standards.
• Open/close the restaurant and manage daily service operations.
• Monitor sales, control cost of goods, labor and other expenses.
