Store Manager position at Bumee Donuts, a food and beverage retail operation. The role involves managing all aspects of store operations, leading a team, and driving sales performance while maintaining high quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Manage all store operations including sales, inventory, and customer service to ensure the highest quality standards

Lead, train, and develop the store team to achieve established sales and performance targets

Proficient in using various types of coffee machines, including latte art.

Oversee sales strategy planning and the execution of promotions to boost sales and customer loyalty

Manage the store budget, control operational expenses, and maximize store profitability

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement

Build strong relationships with customers and the local community to enhance the brand image

Report store performance regularly to head office management and provide recommendations for improvement

About you

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an F&B Store Manager or in an F&B management role

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Business, or a related field is preferred

Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of 10 or more members

In-depth knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and point-of-sale (POS) systems

Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make strategic business decisions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with the team, customers, and business partners

Strong problem-solving abilities and responsiveness to market changes

High integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to customer satisfaction

Understanding of customer service excellence and retail best practices

Experience in vendor management and negotiation is an added advantage
