• 2–3 years of experience in store supervision or similar retail/food & beverage operations.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities to direct staff and drive results.
• Ability to analyse sales data and monitor target achievement.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of store operations, customer service, inventory, and administration.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays as required.

Job description

The Store Manager is responsible for the overall operational management of the store to ensure it runs effectively and in accordance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

Lead, direct, and evaluate all team members

Ensure achievement of sales targets, revenue, and store KPIs

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and store productivity

Maintain customer service standards and product quality

Oversee inventory management, including goods receipt, storage, stock opname, and stock variance control

Control cashier operations, transactions, sales reports, and store administration

Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues in the store

Prepare operational and sales reports regularly for management

Ensure overall store operations run effectively and according to company standards

About you

2–3 years of experience as Store Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager, or relevant retail/F&B operational position

Leadership capability and ability to manage teams

Ability to analyse sales and target achievement

Understanding of store operations, customer service, inventory/stock, and administration

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work towards targets and in dynamic situations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or store operational applications is an advantage

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs
