Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Area Supervisor or equivalent in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
• Proven experience managing multiple outlets simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with KPI monitoring and cost awareness.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations of multiple retail outlets within the area.
• Monitor SOP compliance, product quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance evaluations.
• Analyze sales reports, metrics, inventory and labour costs for improvements.
• Ensure inventory management and minimize stock discrepancies.
• Resolve operational issues, complaints, and employee concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with HR, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Warehouse.
• Support new store openings, promotions and projects.
• Prepare periodic operational and performance reports for management.

This role is responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining service standards, developing store teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving business targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of multiple retail outlets within the assigned area.
• Monitor operational standards, SOP compliance, product quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance evaluations.
• Analyze sales reports, operational metrics, inventory, and labour costs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and minimize stock discrepancies.
• Resolve operational issues, customer complaints, and employee concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including HR, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Warehouse.
• Support new store openings, promotional activities, and operational projects.
• Prepare periodic operational and performance reports for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Area Supervisor, Area Manager, District Manager, or equivalent role in the F&B, retail, or hospitality industry.
• Proven experience managing multiple outlets simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory control, cost management, and KPI monitoring.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with POS and ERP systems is an advantage.
• Willing to travel frequently and work across assigned operational areas.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
