Job summary

PT Logoman Indonesia Trading in Jakarta is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales performance, lead a multicultural team, and ensure operational excellence across all store functions.

You will develop local sales strategies, recruit and train staff, maintain service standards, manage the store budget and visual merchandising, collaborate with marketing on campaigns, report on KPIs, and safeguard health and safety and security.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Store Supervisor / Store Manager in retail.
• Good command of English is a plus.
• Proven experience in handling events, offline activations, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement local sales strategies to achieve store targets.
• Recruit, train, and manage a multicultural team, ensuring staff understand products, sales techniques, and store policies.
