Job summary

PT Transisi Mobile Indonesia is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee store operations across Indonesia, including the flagship stores. You will lead the store team, ensure branding standards, and manage POSM distribution to optimize sales and customer experience.

Based in Bali/Denpasar or willing to travel frequently, you will coordinate branding, stock allocation, and new store openings, working with internal teams and vendors to guarantee timely execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail store management or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Excellent customer service and visual merchandising understanding.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and POSM distribution for consistency.
• Allocate branding materials and stock per company standards.
• Support new store openings and ensure branding is completed on time.
• Monitor POSM distribution progress and in-store branding execution.
• Conduct store checks for compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for smooth retail execution.
• Lead flagship stores in Indonesia, drive sales, supervise staff, and ensure customer experience; travel when needed.

Job description

Manage Store Operation store regarding POSM distribution and operational successfulness, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to all stores.

Maintain proper allocation of branding materials and stock in each store in line with company standards.

Support and coordinate new store openings, ensuring all retail setup and branding are completed on time.

Monitor and report progress of POSM distribution and in-store branding execution.

Conduct store checks to ensure compliance with visual merchandising and branding guidelines.

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth retail execution

Manage Flagship store accross Indonesia. Develop strategies to drive sales and profitability,lead and supervise the store team, maintain store standards and customer experience, ensure operational compliance, and analyze sales and customer needs and be prepared for frequent business trips.
