Job summary

PT. DREAME TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations, maintain merchandising standards, and drive performance in a fast-paced retail environment in Jakarta.

The role requires 2–4 years of retail experience and 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity, with strong leadership and customer service skills. The successful candidate will manage staff, coordinate with store teams, and ensure accurate inventory and reporting.

Job description

Oversee daily store operations and ensure all activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, visual merchandising, and overall store standards.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly store performance reports.

Monitor product availability, inventory levels, stock movement, and stock accuracy.

Monitor sales performance, conversion rate, average transaction value, and other key store KPIs.

Lead, supervise, and motivate Store Associates, Sales Promoters, and other store personnel.

Requirements

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail, preferably in electronics, consumer electronics, home appliances, smartphones, or related industries.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or store leadership position.

Strong understanding of retail sales operations and store management.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage store KPIs.

Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.

Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Customer-oriented with strong service awareness.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and according to retail shift schedules.

Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and familiar with POS or retail management systems.
