Job summary

Xiaomi Technology Indonesia is seeking a Store Manager for its partner stores in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. You will oversee store operations, drive sales plans, and lead the partner team to meet targets while aligning with Xiaomi's New Retail model.

You will ensure VM standards, manage inventory and displays, supervise customer service, recruit and train staff, and maintain strong partner communication to implement company strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of store management experience in mobile phone or consumer electronics industries.
• Familiarity with Xiaomi New Retail model is a plus.
• Strong willingness to work in retail and own the role with responsibility.
• Excellent teamwork and sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with partner store manager to complete all store operation and management work.
• Formulate store sales plans and strategies, and lead the partner team to achieve the sales targets assigned by the company.
• Maintain good communication and collaboration with the platform and headquarters, and support the implementation of the company's strategies.
• Monitor merchandise turnover, coordinate with partners for timely replenishment, and ensure displays meet VM standards.
• Supervise and manage in-store customer service, handle complaints, and ensure satisfactory service experience.
• Recruit and train store employees with partners, ensure staffing levels, and maintain service quality.
• Maintain good communication with partners to implement company strategies.

Job description

Operation Coordination

Maintain good communication and collaboration with the platform and headquarters, and support the implementation of the company's various strategies.

Merchandise and Display Management

Monitor merchandise turnover, coordinate with partners for timely replenishment, and ensure that merchandise displays comply with the company's VM (Visual Merchandising) standards.

Customer Service

Supervise and manage in-store customer service, handle customer complaints, and ensure customers receive satisfactory service experience.

Team Management

Cooperate with partners to complete the recruitment and training of store employees, ensure sufficient staffing in the store, and maintain employees' work enthusiasm and service quality.

Partner Communication

Maintain good communication and collaboration with partners to ensure the implementation of the company's various strategies.

Qualifications

Strong willingness to engage in retail industry, excellent learning ability, and good teamwork spirit as well as a strong sense of ownership.

Prior frontline retail experience is preferred; familiarity with Xiaomi New Retail model is a plus.

Over 2 years of store management experience in mobile phone industry or consumer electronics industry is highly desirable.

College diploma or bachelor's degree or above.
