Job summary

PT. Erajaya Swasembada, Tbk. is looking for a seasoned business development professional to spearhead new store openings and site acquisition for retail expansion in Jakarta.

You will identify prime retail locations, conduct feasibility studies, and negotiate with landlords and developers to secure favorable terms. The role requires mall experience and strong networking abilities. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of relevant experience, is familiar with casual leasing and mall tenant relations,

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years of working experience in business development or channel development, retail background preferred.
• Experienced in retail industry and mall openings is a must.
• Candidates with casual leasing, mall tenant relations, or mall marketing exposure welcome to apply.
• Agile, adaptable, and able to work under pressure; strong teamwork and communication skills.
