Job summary

You will identify prime retail locations, conduct feasibility studies, and negotiate with landlords and developers to secure favorable terms. Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years of working experience in business development or channel development, retail background preferred.
• Experienced in retail industry and mall openings is a must.
• Candidates with casual leasing, mall tenant relations, or mall marketing exposure welcome to apply.
• Agile, adaptable, and able to work under pressure; strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Survey and analysis location / feasibility study.
