Howel & Co merupakan toko offline pertama yang dibuka dan menawarkan pengalaman berbelanja yang profesional. Posisi Store Associate akan mendukung operasional harian, melayani klien, menjaga presentasi toko, serta memastikan layanan sesuai standar Howel & Co.

Pelamar diharapkan lulusan SMA/SMK atau setara, dengan pengalaman ritel menjadi nilai tambah. Penempatan di Plaza Senayan, dengan sistem kerja on-site dan kontrak.

• Mampu menjawab pertanyaan klien dengan jelas dan percaya diri.
• Siap bekerja shift, termasuk akhir pekan dan hari libur nasional.
• Mampu bekerja mandiri maupun dalam tim.

Responsabilidades

• Sambut dan bantu pelanggan dengan ramah dan profesional.
• Berikan pengetahuan produk yang akurat sesuai nilai merek.
• Dukung transaksi penjualan dan layanan purna jual menurut prosedur toko.
• Lakukan stock opname harian dan pastikan akurasi inventaris.
• Pertahankan kebersihan dan penampilan toko selama jam operasional.
• Ikut pelatihan produk dan standar layanan.
• Bantu pembukaan/penutupan toko sesuai jadwal shift.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

What you will do:

• Welcome and assist clients with a warm, polite and professional approach
• Provide accurate product knowledge and recommendations aligned with Howel & Co’s brand values
• Support sales transactions and after-sales service in accordance with store proceduresConduct daily stock opname and ensure inventory accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and overall store appearance throughout operating hours
• Participate in training sessions, including product knowledge and service standards
• Assist with opening and/or closing store activities based on shift schedule

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

About the Role:

Howel & Co is opening its first offline store and is looking for a dedicated Store Associate to support daily retail operations while delivering a professional and refined in-store experience. This role includes assisting clients, maintaining store presentation, supporting sales activities, and ensuring service aligns with Howel & Co’s standards.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
• Previous retail experience is an advantage
• Well-groomed, disciplined, detail-oriented and responsible
• Able to respond to client inquiries with clarity, accuracy and confidence
• Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays
• Able to support both client service and day-to-day store operations
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
