Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan dengan cepat dan profesional.
• Menangani masalah produk, pengembalian, dan penukaran.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

About Us:

Join our dynamic team and be the voice of our brand, helping customers across platforms like Shopee, Tokopedia, and Instagram.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Handle product issues, returns, and exchanges.

• Manage and track orders, ensuring timely delivery.

• Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve shipping issues.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback.

• Provide product and policy information.

• Continuously improve service procedures based on feedback.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Qualifications:

• Male/Female, max age 27.

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field (fresh graduates welcome).

• Willing to work 24-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays (fixed schedule).

• Good communication skills; able to handle difficult situations professionally.

• Quick and accurate typing; basic computer skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

• Basic proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.

• High empathy and commitment to customer satisfaction.
