Job summary

Howel & Co is opening its first offline store in Jakarta and seeks a Store Associate to support daily retail operations while delivering a professional in-store experience.

You will welcome clients, share product knowledge, assist with transactions, and help maintain stock accuracy. The role requires flexibility for shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience is an advantage.
• Able to respond to client inquiries with clarity, accuracy and confidence.
• Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to support both client service and day-to-day store operations.

• Welcome and assist clients with a warm, polite and professional approach.
• Provide accurate product knowledge and recommendations aligned with Howel & Co’s brand values.
• Support sales transactions and after-sales service in accordance with store procedures.
• Conduct daily stock opname and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-organized throughout operating hours.
• Participate in training sessions, including product knowledge and service standards.
• Assist with opening and/or closing store activities based on shift schedule.
