Howel & Co is opening its first offline store at Plaza Senayan and seeks a Store Associate to support daily retail operations while delivering a refined in-store experience. You will assist clients, maintain presentation, and ensure service aligns with brand standards.

Role involves handling stock checks, sales transactions, and after-sales support, with training provided on product knowledge and service standards. Weekend/holiday shifts required.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience is an advantage.
• Well-groomed, disciplined and responsible.
• Able to respond to client inquiries with clarity and confidence.
• Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to support both client service and day-to-day store operations.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and assist clients in a warm, professional manner.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations aligned with brand values.
• Support sales transactions and after-sales service per store procedures.
• Conduct stock opname and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and store appearance during operating hours.
• Participate in training sessions on product knowledge and service standards.
• Assist with opening and closing store activities per shift schedule.
