Howel & Co Indonesia membuka toko offline pertama dan mencari Store Associate untuk mendukung operasional harian sambil memberikan pengalaman berbelanja yang profesional. Posisi ini melibatkan membantu klien, menjaga presentasi toko, mendukung aktivitas penjualan, dan memastikan standar layanan terpenuhi.

Persyaratan meliputi SMA/SMK atau setara, pengalaman ritel diutamakan, rapi, disiplin, teliti, dan mampu merespons pertanyaan klien dengan jelas serta percaya diri.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience is an advantage.
• Well-groomed, disciplined, detail-oriented and responsible.
• Able to respond to client inquiries with clarity, accuracy and confidence.
• Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to support both client service and day-to-day store operations.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
