Qualificações

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Retail experience is an advantage.
• Well-groomed, disciplined, detail-oriented and responsible.
• Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and assist clients with a warm, polite and professional approach.

• Support sales transactions and after-sales service in accordance with store procedures.
• Conduct daily stock opname and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and overall store appearance throughout operating hours.
• Participate in training sessions, including product knowledge and service standards.
• Assist with opening and/or closing store activities based on shift schedule.

This role includes assisting clients, maintaining store presentation, supporting sales activities, and ensuring service aligns with Howel & Co’s standards.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
• Previous retail experience is an advantage
• Well-groomed, disciplined, detail-oriented and responsible
• Able to respond to client inquiries with clarity, accuracy and confidence
• Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays
• Able to support both client service and day-to-day store operations
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
