As a Daily Worker Steward, you will support our kitchen and operations team by keeping dishware, kitchen equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and ready for service. From washing and sanitizing plates and utensils to maintaining the cleanliness of kitchen areas, your support will help the team operate smoothly and efficiently throughout each shift.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be responsible for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing plates, glasses, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and other equipment used during service. Throughout the shift, you will help keep the dishwashing area, kitchen, storage areas, and other back-of-house spaces clean and organized.

You will also assist with arranging clean equipment, removing waste, replenishing cleaning supplies, maintaining proper hygiene standards, and supporting the kitchen team with other operational tasks when needed.

Because you will be working in a busy kitchen environment, following hygiene, safety, and operational procedures will be an important part of your role.
