Pengiklan Anonim in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and optimize manufacturing equipment to ensure continuous production. You will perform scheduled maintenance, read electrical diagrams and troubleshoot PLC-controlled machinery, and prepare periodic reports.
The role requires a minimum of 1 year in manufacturing, ability to handle wiring diagrams, electronics, and packaging machinery, and willingness to work in shifts at the Cikande site in Banten.
This role involves maintaining, repairing, and optimizing manufacturing equipment and machinery to ensure production continuity and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
Execute scheduled maintenance and repair of factory machinery
Maintain factory equipment in good working condition and ready for use
Repair damaged equipment promptly
Perform maintenance of measuring instruments and monitor all factory equipment
Conduct maintenance and repairs on all production and support machinery, infrastructure, and factory equipment to ensure readiness and production continuity
Perform machine setup before production processes according to SOP
Create periodic reports on completed work
Optimize the use of spare parts, mechanics, and arrangement of available machinery and equipment
About you
Minimum education: SMA/SMK/D3 in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 1 year work experience in a manufacturing company
Able to perform maintenance, repair, and operation of manufacturing machinery
Can read and create electrical wiring diagrams, electronics, and PLC
Understanding and skills in filling and packaging machinery
Able to perform troubleshooting of indoor and outdoor installations
Willing to work in shift system and be placed in Cikande, Banten
