Job summary

PT Indo Sultan Jaya in Indonesia seeks a Maintenance Engineer/Leader to develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance, maximizing equipment reliability and uptime in our manufacturing facility.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong knowledge of maintenance principles, and the ability to lead a team, troubleshoot complex systems, and work with production to minimise disruptions. Bahasa Indonesia and English are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Maintenance Engineer/Leader in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, techniques, and best practices.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Good teamwork and communication in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Requirements :

A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer/Leader in the manufacturing industry, FMCG manufacture is a plus

Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, techniques, and best practices

Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and equipment

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus
