Job summary

Our Company in Cikarang Pusat, West Java is seeking an experienced Manager Maintenance to lead and oversee our maintenance operations, ensuring reliable upkeep of facilities and equipment.

The candidate will develop maintenance strategies, manage hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and drive TPM/RCM practices across plastic manufacturing processes, including blow molding, injection, and robotics. Willingness to attend offline interviews is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years experience as Maintenance Manager.
• Experience in Automotive Manufacturing Plastics.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience with PLCs.
• Knowledge of TPM and CPAR/problem solving.
• Familiar with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015.
• Willing to be placed in Central Cikarang, Bekasi and join ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance capability strategy.

• Know material and processing in plastic manufacturing.
• Master TPM and Reliability Centered Maintenance concepts.

Job Description

• Mastering the concept of Total Productive Maintenance, Reliability Centered Maintenance
• Understand maintenance for operational and production facilities (mechanical & electrical)
• Understand planning and scheduling indicators such as plan compliance, planning ratio, backlog, stock-out, lead time, maintenance cost etc.
• Understanding of production processes in plastic manufacturing (blow molding machinery, injection machinery, vacuum forming machinery, robotic painting machinery/systems)
• Mastering robotics
