Teknisi Maintenance (Utility/Electrical/Mechanical)

This role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment, troubleshooting (electrical, mechanical, and utility) systems, and maintaining production machines and supporting facilities. The position requires handling equipment failures while minimizing machine downtime, conducting inspections and repairs, and implementing equipment improvements. All work must comply with standard operating procedures and occupational health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment

Conduct troubleshooting for electrical (PLC, motor control centre, Sensor), mechanical, and utility (HVAC , Plumbing) systems

Maintain production machines and supporting facilities

Handle equipment failures and minimize machine downtime

Perform inspections, repairs, and equipment improvements

Create maintenance activity reports

Ensure all work complies with SOP and occupational health and safety standards

About you

Minimum SMK/D3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field

Experience in manufacturing maintenance is an advantage

Understanding of maintenance scope (electrical/mechanical/utility)

Able to perform troubleshooting

Able to work individually and as part of a team

Willing to work shifts

Disciplined, detail-oriented, responsible, and possess problem-solving abilities
