Job summary

A leading engineering company in Jakarta is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily maintenance activities. The ideal candidate must possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and have 3-5 years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities in the field.
• Lead a team of technicians (electrical and mechanical) to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues in equipment and systems.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are completed on time.
• Monitor equipment condition and recommend improvements or repairs.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments for maintenance planning and execution.
• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to team members.
• Prepare maintenance reports, work logs, and performance evaluations.
• Manage tools, spare parts, and maintenance resources efficiently.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
