Job summary

PT Gunanusa Eramandiri is seeking a skilled Automation/Process Automation Specialist to identify digitization opportunities and build automated workflows. You will develop digital solutions to boost efficiency, create dashboards, and document systems while training users and driving continuous improvement.

The role requires experience with automation platforms, Power BI, and API-connected systems, with a focus on improving operational processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar field (Fresh graduates are welcome).
• Understand business process automation, workflows, system documentation, and data management concepts.
• Proficient in at least one automation platform such as MS Power Automate/Apps or Automation Anywhere.
• Able to create dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools.
• Understand system integrity through API.
