Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Microsoft Dynamics Developer to join PT. Astra Graphia Information Technology. In this role, you will develop, customize, and maintain business applications leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI. You will be responsible for building workflow automations, integrating with Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint Online and Microsoft Dataverse, and ensuring seamless data connectivity through REST APIs, SQL Server, and other technologies. This position requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication to collaborate with business users and IT teams. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field with 1-2 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development and is eager to continuously explore new platform capabilities to enhance business processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, focusing on Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
- Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate, including Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows (RPA).
- Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint Online, Microsoft Dataverse, Microsoft Graph APIs, and Dynamics 365.
- Create reports and dashboards utilizing Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
- Gather and analyze business requirements; develop process flows, technical documentation, and testing plans.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and provide production support and deployment assistance.
- Implement governance, security, and compliance best practices in line with Power Platform adoption guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and coordinate with IT teams and third parties to meet project deadlines and SLAs.
- Maintain and configure SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists to support business processes.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
Skills
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform development, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Proficiency with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Dataverse, and integration via REST APIs and JSON.
- Experience with SQL Server and database integration.
- Familiarity with Power Fx, Power Automate Expressions, Workflow Definition Language (WDL), and RPA techniques.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, C#, HTML/CSS, and Microsoft Graph APIs is a plus.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
- Ability to coordinate with IT teams and third parties while meeting SLAs and maintaining data loss prevention policies.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-100) are advantageous but not mandatory.
