Job summary

PT ALEXA MEDIKA is seeking an IT / Data Analyst to transform business data into actionable insights and practical solutions. You will work with business users to understand needs, develop data-driven solutions, and support process improvement.

You will build dashboards and reports, work with Excel, SQL, Power BI, APIs, and Python, and apply AI tools to enhance development and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI, relational databases, and Python.
• Experience building dashboards or data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret business data from various internal and external sources.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data products for business monitoring and decision-making.

Build internal web-based tools and analytical solutions for data collection, reporting, monitoring, and process improvement.

Work with databases, Excel files, APIs, and other business data sources, including data integration when required.

Automate repetitive data processing, reporting, and operational tasks where appropriate.

Work with business users to understand requirements and translate business problems into practical data-driven solutions.

Improve and maintain existing data products based on user feedback and changing business requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Min. 1 Yoe.

Good knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI, relational databases, and Python or another programming language.

Experience developing dashboards, reports, or other data-driven solutions.

Basic understanding of APIs, data integration, and web applications.

Ability to effectively utilize AI tools for development, analysis, research, prototyping, and problem-solving.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.

Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
