Job summary

PT Leap Digital Indonesia is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to analyze business processes, design, test, and deploy scalable automation solutions. You will build attended and unattended workflows that integrate with ERP, CRM, APIs, databases, web apps, and legacy systems.

You will conduct process discovery, develop reusable automation components, debug and monitor bots, support production environments, and collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, and Solution Architects while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing enterprise RPA solutions.
• Strong experience with at least one leading RPA platform: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
• Experience integrating automation with APIs, databases, ERP systems, and web apps.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Programming experience with C#, VB.NET, Python, Java, or similar languages is highly desirable.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git.
• Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
