Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Strong English communication and report-writing skills.
• 5–7 years in customs, export-import, trade compliance, or logistics.
• At least 2 years in supervisory/leadership role.
• Customs Expert Certificate (Sertifikat Ahli Kepabeanan) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of export-import processes, HS classification, customs valuation, restricted goods, and related regulations.
• Experience in Authorized Economic Operator compliance, audits, internal controls, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
• Ability to lead operations and coordinate across functions.
• Ability to develop team members and transfer knowledge.
