Job summary

Dkatalis is seeking a Lead Staff Software Engineer with backend leadership to design, develop, and deploy scalable backend systems. You will mentor a team of engineers, guide architectural decisions, and work with product managers and frontend teams to deliver high-impact features.

The role blends remote flexibility with regular on-site collaboration in Depok, West Java, ID. The ideal candidate brings deep backend expertise, system design acumen, and a passion for building high-quality software

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5-7+ years of backend development experience, with 2+ years in leadership roles.
Strong experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend services and APIs.
Mentor and guide a team of backend engineers, fostering technical excellence and growth.
Collaborate with product management to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
Architect robust, scalable solutions adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Participate in code reviews and drive improvements in code quality and maintainability.
