Job summary

DKatalis is seeking a senior software engineer leader to drive end-to-end delivery of scalable digital products. You will mentor a cross-functional squad of engineers, design robust architectures, and ensure high quality across front-end and back-end systems.

You will work closely with product and design teams, fostering a culture of feedback, continuous improvement, and innovation in a multicultural APAC environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Hands-on with modern languages and frameworks (Java/JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, Scala, Kotlin, Spring Boot).
• Experience with Flutter or React for front-end development.
