Job summary

PT Bibit Tumbuh Bersama seeks a skilled Golang Back-end Lead to own server-side logic and drive scalable software in collaboration with front-end teams. You will mentor engineers, review code and set technical direction while shaping product requirements with engineers and product managers.

You will research new technologies, optimize performance, and ensure secure, maintainable architectures. Strong communication and leadership are essential to deliver high-quality features on time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development experience building product features.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• 4+ years of Go experience and strong Go idioms.
• Experience with Kafka for event streaming.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Familiar with Go tooling and frameworks.
• Experience deploying to cloud services (AWS/GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD Pipelines (GitLab).
• Self-motivated and eager to stay current with backend trends.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate with team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop secure, scalable backend applications in Golang.
• Implement best practices for maintainable, high-quality code.
• Optimize existing code for performance and efficiency.
• Provide mentorship, code reviews and technical direction to the team.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to translate requirements into features.
