Pt Adicipta Inovasi Teknologi in Bogor, West Java, seeks a Senior Software Engineer, Backend Systems, to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services powering our travel platform.

You will collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams in a hybrid setup, mentoring juniors and contributing to architecture decisions. This role requires 5+ years of backend experience and proficiency in Java, Python, Go, or Node.js, with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Eng or related field.
• 5+ years in backend software development.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Go, or Node.js.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL database design/optimization.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiar with microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Hybrid work experience, on-site and remote.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features and enhancements for the travel platform.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices in software development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of backend systems.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and promoting code quality.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and technology selection for new projects.
• Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Optimize application performance, database queries, and infrastructure for scalability and efficiency.
