Job summary

PT PiEE Internasional is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage retail fit-out projects, coordinating planning, execution, and delivery across all stakeholders.

The role involves preparing control documents, reviewing construction drawings, coordinating with Purchasing and vendors, and ensuring complete project handover documentation for successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple departments, vendors, and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail, interior fit-out, or construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D; SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills are an advantage.
