PT Hero Retail Nusantara is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, manage, and oversee store openings, renovations, and fit-out projects from planning through completion.
You will coordinate budgets, timelines, and resources, review BoQ and vendor quotations, and ensure adherence to safety standards and brand requirements. Travel to site locations is expected as part of project delivery. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to lead cross-functional teams.
Plan, manage, and oversee projects including store opening, renovation, refurbishment, fit-out, and store improvement projects from planning through completion.
Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource plans to ensure projects are delivered according to targets.
Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy and alignment of Bill of Quantity (BoQ), project budget, materials, and project requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and material usage to ensure alignment with the approved project plan and BoQ.
Review and evaluate vendor quotations, scope of work, project costs, and variation orders, and support the negotiation process with vendors and contractors.
Conduct regular site visits and project inspections to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Identify potential project risks, issues, and delays, and develop appropriate solutions to ensure timely project completion.
Ensure all project activities comply with company standards, safety requirements, construction regulations, and applicable procedures.
Coordinate the project handover, defect rectification, and project closing process.
Prepare regular reports on project progress, budget utilization, risks, and overall project status for management.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role, preferably in retail or store development.
Proven experience in Bill of Quantity (BoQ), cost estimation, project budgeting, and cost control.
Good understanding of construction, renovation, fit-out, MEP, and store development processes.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings, layouts, specifications, and scope of work.
Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, cost control, and timeline management.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with project management tools is an advantage.
Willing to conduct site visits and travel as required by the project.
