Job summary

PT Duta Intidaya, Tbk. (Watsons Indonesia) seeks a Design Interior Supervisor to lead store interior design concepts, drawings, and fit-out coordination. You will ensure alignment with brand standards, timelines, and budgets across projects.

The role requires 3+ years in interior/retail/store development, strong AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray skills, plus proficiency in Photoshop/CorelDRAW and PowerPoint. English communication is mandatory for cross‑regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Interior Design, Retail Design, Store Development, Fit-Out, or related projects.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
• Strong capability in SketchUp and V-Ray rendering.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and/or CorelDRAW.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for professional presentations.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, construction details, materials, and fit-out processes.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills (Mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Develop store interior design concepts, layouts, and space planning aligned with brand standards.
• Create detailed 2D drawings, construction drawings, 3D models, and renderings.
• Prepare presentation materials and design proposals for management review and landlord submissions.
• Review, interpret, and validate technical drawings, shop drawings, and fit-out requirements.
• Coordinate design implementation with internal stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and landlords.
• Monitor site execution to ensure design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines are achieved.
• Provide recommendations on materials, finishes, fixtures, and construction solutions.
• Support budgeting activities including BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and vendor comparisons.
• Ensure compliance with mall, landlord, and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.
• Collaborate with regional teams on design alignment and project requirements.
