Job summary

PT Prodia Widyahusada Tbk is seeking a capable Construction/Project Manager to oversee renovation and construction projects from planning to completion. You will coordinate tenders, contractors, design reviews, and cost evaluations, and ensure progress aligns with timelines, quality standards, and budgets.

Regular site visits, coordination of building permits and infrastructure, and preparing project reports are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Interior Design or related fields with Min GPA 3.00.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction, renovation, or project management.
• Strong skills in interior design, space planning, layout development, material selection, and budget.
• Able to create and review design drawings, specifications, and RAB/cost estimates.
• Knowledge of K3 and building permits/regulations is preferred.
• Willing to travel to project sites.
