Job summary

Fullerton Health Group Indonesia is seeking a Business Development Executive to support the growth of our medical services in Jakarta. You will identify prospects, drive cross-selling, renew and deepen client relationships, and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to close deals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration, professional English, and at least 3 years of healthcare industry experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar from any reputable university.
• Good command in English at professional level, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position, preferably from healthcare.
• Network and database for generating leads/prospects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful client relationships.
• Advanced presentation and persuasive abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be based at Head Office in South Jakarta.

Responsibilities

We are currently on the lookout for Business Development Executive to fully support the growth of our medical services

You will be responsible, but not limited to:

Identify prospects, new opportunities/tenders and converting into new business

Drive cross selling extension

Renewal of existing clients and solidifying relationships with the clients

Deliver presentations, proposals, and follow up to deal closure

Build necessary reports required by management and clients

Supporting profitable business and not being solely focused on revenue generation

Work closely with Business Developement Manager, operation, support function also other department to provide technical support, services, problem solving and fulfilling other requirements from the clients

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree of Marketing, Business Administration, or similar from any reputable university

Good command in English within professional level, both written & spoken

Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same position preferably from Healthcare Industry

Having network & database for generating leads/prospects

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationship with Clients

Advanced presentation and persuasive skills

Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
