Job summary

Youth & Beauty Clinic, a leading healthcare and medical aesthetics provider in Jakarta, is seeking a results-driven Sales Corporate on a contract basis in Jakarta Selatan. You will develop corporate client relationships, tailor wellness solutions, and negotiate contracts to grow the corporate business.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in corporate/B2B sales in healthcare, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Indonesian. Travel within Jakarta Raya is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven 2–3 years in corporate/B2B sales in healthcare or wellness.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare or medical aesthetics sector.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with target achievement.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with corporate stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel within Jakarta Raya.
• Experience with CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with potential corporate clients in the Jakarta area.
• Present clinic services and customised corporate packages to decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to corporate client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with corporate clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Maintain and nurture existing corporate relationships to ensure client retention and repeat business.
• Coordinate with clinic management and treatment teams to ensure seamless service delivery for corporate clients.
• Track sales metrics, pipeline activity, and revenue targets, providing regular reports to management.
• Attend corporate events, networking functions, and industry conferences to expand market presence.
• Develop corporate wellness packages and promotional offers to enhance market competitiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted corporate sales campaigns and materials.

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Corporate professional to join our team on a contract basis in Jakarta Selatan. This role is pivotal in driving our corporate business development strategy and expanding our client base within the corporate or goverment sector. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with corporate clients, negotiating contracts, and developing tailored wellness and beauty solutions that align with their organisational needs.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in corporate sales or B2B sales within the healthcare, wellness, or medical aesthetic industry (minimum 2-3 years preferred)
• Strong understanding of the medical aesthetics or healthcare sector and corporate client dynamics
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships with corporate stakeholders
• Outstanding communication skills in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with team members
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Knowledge of corporate wellness trends and employee benefit programmes is advantageous
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Willingness to travel within Jakarta Raya for client meetings and networking events
